'Solid Converter PDF to Word' Software Offers Full Support to Microsoft Office 2010 and Office Web Apps

Solid Documents, a company specializing in PDF conversion, reconstruction and archiving, recently announced that its Solid Converter PDF to Word software is able to fully support Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 2010 and Office Web Apps.

With the help of this new PDF converter, customers gets the opportunity to rapidly and simply convert their PDF documents to and from Office 2010 and Office Web Apps.
 
"We test all our products for application compatibility," said Michael Cartwright, founder of Solid Documents. "As demonstrated by our lab results, we are excited to say that Solid Converter PDF is compatible with all Microsoft supported versions of Microsoft Office including the latest editions of Office 2010 and Office Web Apps."
 
In order to ensure application compatibility, all Solid Documents products regularly undergo accurate platform testing. Testing is done with the help of Solid Framework SDK to automate a rich set of conversion tests across a wide spectrum of PDF files. The testing is done by using a wide array of virtual test machines which are hosted in a test lab in Redmond.
 
The company has recently tested the new software. Now, the platforms that are compatible with the new software include Windows XP x86, Windows XP x64, Windows Vista x86, Windows Vista x64, Windows 7 x86, Windows 7 x64, Windows Server 2008 R2 x86, and Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. And for Mac users with Office 2004 and 2008, it is compatible with OSX 10.5 and OSX 10.6.
 
Furthermore, the output from Solid Converter PDF is compatible with Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010, and Office Web Apps.
 
By using Solid Converter PDF, the users are able to create, manage, repurpose, reuse, archive, edit, and transfer information to the latest versions of Excel, Word, and HTML. Apart from that, it can support other Office suites that utilize .docx and xlsx such as NeoOffice, OpenOffice and GoogleDocs amongst other applications. The software is user friendly. Without needless reformatting, the complex PDF tables and spreadsheets can return to fully editable Excel (XLS) files. Some other features include quality conversions, table recovery, forms recognition, rotated text recovery and hyperlink detection.
