Gateway Introduces New Versions of ZX4300 and ZX6900 Series PCs

Gateway (News - Alert) launched 2 new models of the all-in-one ZX Series desktop computers, bringing more value to students, seniors and families. The ZX4300 Series features high-performance desktop components and the ZX6900 Series is packed with powerful Intel (News - Alert) Core i3, i5 Processors and Blu-ray drive.

Gateway's all-in-one PC is an ideal solution for cost-conscious consumers. It integrates desktop tower into the back of a flat-panel display using smaller, less powerful notebook components. The touch-screen display, wireless keyboard and mouse, webcam and integrated high-definition stereo speaker system provide a clean, streamlined look by eliminating extra components and clutters. These PCs can be used as a TV and/or home entertainment center that would be perfect for small rooms like dorm, home office or kitchen.

The rich touch-screen capabilities make the interaction with music, videos, photos, social media networks and more very exciting. One simple touch of icons on the screen would launch applications, movies, music, zoom in and out on photos and websites, resize windows and handwrite notes. This PC priced at $749.99would be released in first week of June. Additional models with in-built TV tuners and faster AMD processors would be released in July.

The ZX6900, larger and higher-performing model ideal for home entertainment, features a large 23-inch touch-screen with high-definition widescreen capabilities.

The ZX6900-01e is loaded with an Intel Core i3 530 processor, a slot-load Blu-ray/DVD drive and high-def audio with 5.1-channel surround sound support.  Priced at $1,019.99 it is available at all leading retailers. An additional model with in-built TV tuner and Intel Core i5 650 processor would be released in June.
