AMD Intros AMD 890GX Chipset For High Definition Entertainment On Budget PCs

The new device is a versatile, affordable and energy efficient solution for an incredible, high definition visual computing experience.

 

Equipped with DirectX 10.1 graphics on the motherboard, the AMD 890GX chipset offers the users with a wide variety of graphics configurations, and supports up to two high-performance ATI Radeon Premium Graphics cards with ATI CrossFireX technology.

 

The AMD 890GX motherboard can be combined with integrated ATI Radeon HD 4290 Graphics to build an efficient and slim home theater PC, while in conjunction with ATI Radeon HD 5450 Graphics it can offer a dual-graphics performance preview to the users.
