Channel Vision Joins D-Tools Manufacturer Vantage Point Program

D-Tools, a provider of system integration software, has announced that Channel Vision, a supplier of technology solutions for the residential and commercial market, has joined the D-Tools Manufacturer Vantage Point Program.

This announcement makes Channel Vision’s detailed product specifications directly available to users of D-Tools System Integrator software for use in their client engagements.

“We will work with the D-Tools team to bring our extensive product lines to the D-Tools user community,” said Darrel Hauk, president at Channel Vision.

D-Tools MVP Program is designed to help provide system integrators with product information directly from the manufacturer to more than 2,500 companies that use D-Tools System Integrator software.

D-Tools MVP members help companies streamline the design process and make it easier for system integrators and installers to provide “accurate” proposals to their clients, according to D-Tools officials.

Hauk said that D-Tools software makes it easier for custom installers to generate their bids, designs, and other client-facing documentation, and having company’s product data readily available will enable dealers to be productive. He added that it’ll help the company introduce its product line to a “highly effective group” of system integrators.

“Our manufacturer partners understand the need in this tough economy to make it easier for integrators get the job done, and Channel Vision’s outstanding structured wiring, home entertainment, and security solutions are a welcome addition to our MVP program and product database,” said Adam Stone, president of D-Tools.

With D-Tools System Integrator software, systems integrators and custom installation professionals can create detailed projects managed with automated proposals, scheduling, pick lists, purchase orders, drawings and additional documents that streamline the integrated installation of audio and video products.

Additionally, system integrators and custom installers can download free product information from D-Tools’ comprehensive database by using a single shared project file, according to D-Tools.

Earlier in July, D-Tools announced that Stealth Acoustics, a provider of a full-range of invisible audio speaker solutions for residential and commercial markets, has joined the D-Tools MVP Program.
