Certes Networks is one of the leaders in multi-layer encryption solutions for high performance networks. The company recently announced that it had formed a partnership with Columbia’s Digiware to offer the Latin America region high performance managed network encryption solutions. This new partnership will also add Certes Networks’ TrustNet solution to Digiware’s managed services portfolio. This solution was recently nominated as a finalist for SC Magazine’s 2011 IPsec VPN Product of the Year.
For more than fifteen years, Digiware has specialized in information security solutions. The company was recently awarded the Frost & Sullivan’s (News - Alert) Andean Region 2011 Growth Leadership Award in the Managed Security Services Market.
In a release, Andres Galindo, business development and strategic alliances director for Digiware said that, “Many of our customers who are seeking network security solutions are concerned about the potential tradeoffs that IPsec encryption solutions typically impose. The addition of Certes Networks TrustNet solution will allow us to meet the security and compliance needs of our customers without compromising their network’s performance or reliability.”
Any network can be secured as a transparent overlay by Certes Networks' innovative policy and key management solution and multi-layer, wire-speed encryption appliances. This innovative solution removes all of the tradeoffs that have generally accompanied network encryption, and also allows organizations to separate security and infrastructure management roles.
Thomas Gill, CEO of Certes Networks said that, “Our partnership with Digiware is a great match of both focus and philosophy. While we are excited about the prospects of this partnership we believe the real winners will be our shared customers in the region who will benefit from Digiware’s industry recognized service delivery capability.”
The Certes Networks solution will be available as a customer-owned solution and also as a managed Encryption as a Service (EaaS) offering for those clients who are looking to secure traffic at Layer 2, Layer 3 and Layer 4 across their networks or cloud infrastructures.
In other news, Certes Networks recently entered into a managed service partnership with Genesis Networks, a provider of network and managed services.
As part of the pact, Certes Networks’ multi-layer encryption solutions will now be available as an element of Genesis’ Managed Services portfolio.
