Gijima Picks Entuity's Network Management Software to Manage Hosting Services Business

Entuity, a provider of innovative management and service delivery solutions for networks, announced that Gijima, a South African information and communications technology (ICT) company and authorized Entuity partner, has chosen its Entuity’s network management software to manage their hosting service business.

Entuity’s Eye of the Storm (EYE) is a comprehensive and tightly-integrated network management software suite encompassing inventory, event management, performance monitoring and reporting. It helps deliver the predictability and control required by enterprises and system integrators to manage network services and assets and meet service level commitments by implementing best practices in service delivery.

Gijima delivers customized services for a range of customers. Access to these critical applications must be available when and where they need it, 24/7, according to Albert Visser, technical manager of Hosting at Gijima.

The deployment will benefit Gijima customers as they will be able to automate analysis and report generation of their critical network services. EYE is provided with built-in features and modules to view the network from a business perspective.

EYE has also given Gijima Hosting Services Group the ability to achieve greater control over its network management capabilities, as well as benefit from significant automation improvements that streamline processes by retiring their traditional single function, silo-based monitoring tools.
