Spiceworks Unveils Latest Version of Its Free IT Management Software

Spiceworks (News - Alert), a provider IT management solutions, released the newest version of its free IT management software integrated with new features that can be used to automatically backup, compare and restore configurations for networked devices.

According to the company, the Spiceworks IT Desktop delivers nearly everything one needs to simplify their IT job. Available in a variety of languages, Spiceworks' single, easy-to-use interface combines network inventory, help desk, mapping, reporting, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Major Tool and Machine, a client of Spiceworks acknowledged that the software is simplifying network configuration management by making it a core part of its free software.
