Cost benefits of cloud-based technology are offered by the ANX PCI Compliance & Security solution to merchants and small business. Threats from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware and other malware launched from malicious web sites and email are eliminated by a suite of cloud-based UTM services delivered by the ANX PCI Compliance & Security solution. By residing at the customer premises, the Secure Cloud Gateway can work with ANX cloud-based services.
Direct incoming traffic through the ANX network is provided network routing by the Secure Cloud Gateway for scrubbing. External threats are eliminated by the Gateway before the traffic enters the customer network. Secure and reliable high-performance wireless access is provided through the Gateway’s Wi-Fi.
Apart from providing network security, the Cloud Secure Gateway monitors for the most severe threats. These include worms, viruses, buffer overflows and denial-of-service attacks. Weakness in security posture can be proactively identified with the internal vulnerability scanning feature of the Secure Cloud Gateway. PCI DSS requirement 10.6 is also supported by the Secure Cloud Gateway. This is done via log collection.
