Broadview Networks Offers a New Twist to Self-Service

Companies perhaps can never do enough to improve the customer experience; it's an ongoing process that has a beginning but no end. That's why we see so many organizations trying to differentiate themselves by offering newer ways of making things better and easier for customers. Broadview Networks (News - Alert), not to be outdone, is very much in the running with its newly launched OfficeSuite Community.

The OfficeSuite Community provides a forum for two-way communication between Broadview experts, agents, partners and customers. It's based on the premise that shared knowledge, personal insights and best practices are the key to enhance customer satisfaction.

By centralizing the company's collective knowledge and making all support documentation available easily, it aims to provide an easy-to-use resource that gives customers the information they want when they want it. Its highly responsive platform makes it ideal for mobile business professionals.

Interaction between companies and customers lays the foundation of a relationship, and if experts and agents can find themselves on the same page as prospects and customers, then it gets even better. Customers have problems, queries and need correct and timely information about products, services and a thousand other things, and if there's always someone or some resource that can help, there's nothing like it.

This is exactly what the Community is aiming to do through its frequently asked questions page, its demonstrative videos, quick start guides, user manuals, how-to articles and webinars.

By announcing product updates and new feature releases, the OfficeSuite Community will endeavor to ensure that the company's customers and prospects remain current and updated about all products and services.

Thus customers no longer have to depend entirely on the company's support team when they have a query on how to use OfficeSuite products and services. They just need to search the community and get the answers fast.

However, when needed, community members or the Broadview team is always ready to go that 'extra mile' to be of use to customers. Community members can also submit product ideas and share positive feedback about their experiences.

“We constantly challenge ourselves to be as social, mobile and engaged with our customers as possible,” said Brian Crotty, chief operating officer at Broadview.

The new OfficeSuite Community also integrates various support websites in one location, allowing customers to make service updates, view bills, find tips and answer their own questions with minimal effort in minimal time.
