Amped Wireless Unveils Long-range High-power Wireless Products

Amped Wireless, a provider of high-power wireless solutions for home and office, announced the launch of its next-generation long-range AC1900 Wi-Fi products: RTA30 high power AC1900 Wi-Fi router and REA33 high power AC1900 Wi-Fi range extender.

The wireless solutions support 802.11ac wireless standard, the world’s fastest Wi-Fi offering gigabit Wi-Fi speeds enabling faster downloads and HD media transfer to multiple sources at once with ease. They deliver up to four times more Wi-Fi range and speed for its customers.

The RTA30 features eight Wi-Fi radios, four high gain, dual band antennas, and sixteen high power amplifiers. The solution also includes a USB 3.0 port for file sharing and five gigabit wired ports for connecting to a broadband network and attaching additional wired devices.

The REA33 is a universal wireless extender that extends the range of any 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi network, simultaneously. The wireless extender comes with an updated interface and software features like guest networks, adjustable Wi-Fi coverage controls, parental security, and support for the latest Wi-Fi security to enhance Wi-Fi experience.

The wireless solutions from Amped Wireless are also powered by Wi-Fi Analytics Tool for Android (News - Alert) and Windows devices, which analyze and assist in optimizing Wi-Fi networks for maximum performance.  They also include Elite Support by Amped Concierges.

They also feature advanced Wi-Fi amplifiers and high gain antennas to boost performance. Standard Wi-Fi devices have a wireless output power of 50mW, while Amped Wireless products boast amplifiers with up to 1000mW of power.
