Enterprises Urged to Invest in File-Sharing Solutions

The most modern file sharing applications are the need of the hour for organizations in the Arabic countries.

According to an IT professional, with an increase in the number of employees preferring mobile working choices – like working from home – file sharing applications will be necessary for guaranteeing flawless and instantaneous association.

According to Altaf Alimohamed, managing director of Media Solutions, protected data flow and backup are very important for an enterprise’s mobile workplace.

In a statement, Alimohamed said, "Teams who opt to work remotely will need immediate access to the same information and data as those working from conventional offices,"

As mentioned by Alimohamed, organizations providing remote working choices will experience considerable bottom-line advantages like decreased office spaces.

Organizations should, however, be aware of the associated risks linked with remote working.

The latest research studies indicate that digital information transfer will cross nearly 35 trillion gigabytes by 2020. In order to handle this huge amount of transfer, at least 44 times more data storage will be required across the globe than what is currently available. Enterprises will therefore have to give top priority to data protection.

The holistic, file-sharing offerings, which hamper the requirement for constructing, running, administering and continuously upgrading server-based IT services, will also fall in place.

Alimohamed has advised employees to explore the latest pioneering file sharing applications like Soonr. Businesses and their teams will be able to collaborate efficiently with the help of the correct cloud-based IT services and technology. With the rising popularity of smartphones, cloud systems and other remote working solutions, employees actually start office work like checking emails and presenting reports before they reach office.

Alimohamed said, "Companies embracing new holistic data protection solutions will have a more flexible and mobile workforce, see greater productivity and reduced operating costs as their employees opt for home-work scenarios. The reality is that the increasing use of mobile devices and channels will continue to dramatically transform working environments and to ahead of, or even with the curve, employers will have to deliver secure data flow and back-up to allow people to work securely and confidently anywhere, anyhow and at anytime."
