Microsoft Selects Izenda as High Potential ISV

Izenda, a specialist in embedded BI and ad hoc reporting, has been recently selected by Microsoft (News - Alert) as a High Potential Company out of 20,000+ in the ecosystem.

Speaking on this occasion, Sanjay Bhatia, founder and CEO of Izenda said that their team is thrilled to be acknowledged as a High Potential ISV by Microsoft.

"Microsoft has been an integral part of our development and a true partner. The resources offered as part of the Managed Partner Program will help us stay ahead of the next step in our development. After being recognized as one of the '2012 Hottest Georgia Companies' for technology this is another sign we are being noticed," Bhatia added.

Izenda's software revolutionizes the relationship between the user and IT professional by shifting the reporting function to the user community, while letting IT focus on more strategic priorities. The company also took keen interest and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology's (News - Alert) coveted Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) community, and has seen tremendous growth since then.

"It's great to see former ATDC graduate companies thrive and spread their wings," said Stephen Fleming, VP at Georgia Institute of Technology. "The program has been instrumental in helping Georgia-based high tech start-ups off the ground."

Earlier this year, Izenda announced Ad Hoc Reporting for Windows 8. Windows 8 will enable a level of integration that organizations and users need by integrating reports into Windows search, thereby giving them single-click access to their report library. This will save costs and create additional competitive advantages for customers accessing real-time data. A recent Microsoft case study revealed that Izenda's software saves organizations $250,000 in support and development costs.
