Zeal Softech Uses Nimsoft Unified Manager to Enhance Server Monitoring and Ticketing

Zeal Softech announced that it has picked Nimsoft (News - Alert) Unified Manager to provide unified monitoring and ticketing services for its customers’ server, network, application, cloud and storage assets. Zeal Softech is a managed service provider in India.

Officials explained that the Nimsoft Unified Manager is a multi-tenant IT Management-as-a-Service solution. It features infrastructure monitoring and ready- to-use ITIL-based service management. Nimsoft is a global provider of integrated enterprise-class IT solutions.

Zeal Softech can leverage the unified solution to ensure proactive troubleshooting and incident resolution on all customer infrastructures. This keeps critical systems and applications working continuously.

Anand Chandel, CEO of Zeal Softech, said in a release, “Precise, continuous monitoring of both hardware and software is essential for preventative incident management and for pinpointing the root causes of chronic service issues.”

“By cost-effectively providing this monitoring and automating the capture of relevant infrastructure insight into our trouble-tickets, Nimsoft Unified Manager helps streamline our support service processes and enables us to ensure the health of our customers’ environments,” Chandel added.

It was revealed that new capabilities featured in the Zeal Softech Desktop Care Plus (ZDC+) offering, as a result of the collaboration with  Nimsoft ,will help the company enhance desktop management for customers as it automates nearly half of the routine and manual tasks. This keeps IT staff free to focus on more imperative tasks and core competencies.

Zeal Softech employed point solutions from other vendors before going in for Nimsoft Unified Manager. Previously, the lack of integration made the solution inefficient and time-consuming to manage. The Nimsoft solution has helped Zeal monitor and manage all systems and applications via a single integrated, Web-based dashboard.
