Accelerated Sales Processes Made Viable with Dell's Integration of EchoSign and Conga Composer

When a company adopts a new business collaborative system, such as Unified Communications (News - Alert) for example, the organization sees improvements in three key areas: communications, operational efficiency and collaborative abilities. For example, install a VoIP system, and users gain access to capabilities unavailable in older, traditional PBX (News - Alert)-based systems. Or combine VoIP with Unified Messaging and you’ll see significant improved performance in business processes and customer service. The same holds true for such tools as eSignature solutions that make it simpler to finalize business transactions.

Now, Dell has announced cloud applications, Adobe (News - Alert) EchoSign and AppExtremes’ Conga Composer will enhance the productivity capabilities of Dell’s Integrated CRM offerings. Dell’s ability to offer both solutions will allow documents and data to be shared and stored in a single unified repository with little hardware, software, or IT support necessary.

According to Paulette Altmaier, vice president and general manager Dell (News - Alert) Cloud Business Software, “EchoSign eSignature and AppExtremes eDocument solutions are beneficial cloud tools that help growing businesses increase sales agility and drive revenue. By adding these solutions to the Dell Cloud Business Applications family of trusted applications, small and medium businesses can maximize sales with efficient processes with greater visibility into their account stream.”

The inclusion of these tools mean better use of employee time—an increase in productivity both for the IT team and end users. CIOs recognize the importance of aligning IT with business goals as well as controlling IT costs. Statistics have shown how important it is to IT leaders to reduce latencies, manage business flow, and boost productivity. The Adobe EchoSign and AppExtremes’ Conga Composer solutions are relatively easy to deploy and maintain, especially when using a vendor such as Dell who supports simple, cost-effective solutions, and this makes a critical difference for companies who want to gain a competitive edge.

The EchoSign electronic signature solution helps accelerate the sales process with an automated signature process, from the request for signature to the distribution and filing of executed agreements and forms. Conga Composer makes it easy to create sophisticated documents and reports using data from salesforce.com. It enables standardization of all customer-facing information and distribution through a highly-branded document template framework.

Making these applications available via Dell’s Cloud Business Applications offers companies a comprehensive cloud applications service that enables new business processes while leveraging existing software and technology investments. Dell Integrated CRM is a cloud service uniquely packaged to meet the needs of growing companies as well as offering work-based collaboration tools, regardless of where employees are located or the devices they use.
