ConnectWise (News - Alert) software has been installed in the company's 15 office locations and is used by its 230 employees nationwide. The telecommunications services company selected ConnectWise to support and automate their help desk, dispatching, service-level management, project management and CRM with integrated time tracking, billing and reporting in a single, Web-based application.
Tim Brewer, Anittel's general manager in Perth, prized the ability of ConnectWise to install and configure quickly, and hit the ground running with the rollout taking less than three weeks at each office.
In a press release, Brewer, said, "ConnectWise enables us to put processes and procedures in place quickly. It helps us to efficiently manage multiple types of services and agreements, driving projects that are frequently large and complex. In our fast-paced environment we need real-time visibility into all of our operations; with ConnectWise we get access to business-critical information, analysis and updates."
Arnie Bellini, ConnectWise's CEO, said the agreement with Anittel is testament to the quality of their offering. "Small to mid-sized companies demand fast, reliable service without excessive costs. We're pleased to offer a solution that will drive efficiencies for Anittel that will be passed on to their customers through rapid deployment, better control and an improved customer experience."
Recently, ConnectWise software was voted the Best Software Solution by solution provider attendees at the 2010 ASCII Reseller Success Summit in Boston. The ASCII Group is recognized as the world's largest IT solution provider community. It holds six Reseller Success Summits every year throughout the United States. Earlier this year, ConnectWise was voted the Best Revenue Generator for the IT Industry at the L.A. 2010 ASCII Success Summit in Newport Beach, Calif.
