Expel Demonstrates Partner-first Commitment with Revamped Partner Program

Expel, the security operations provider that aims to make security easy to understand, use, and improve, today unveiled its new partner program, aimed at making it even easier for channel organizations to go to market with Expel, and provide customers with leading security operations solutions.

"Channel providers play a critical role in addressing the security needs in the market. We've made significant investments in our team and program resources, aimed at delivering even greater value to our partners and customers," said Dave Merkel, CEO and co-founder, Expel. "As we continue to grow, we're committed to being a partner-first organization, and this evolved program reflects a significant step forward in providing a first-rate partner experience."

With this updated program, Expel partners can look forward to even more:

  • Profitability: Expel's new three-tier partner program offers a lucrative margin opportunity and competitive advantages for channel partners, especially when sourcing new logo sales opportunities, and when working to retain and grow existing customers.
  • Collaboration: Expel provides partners with the resources and expertise to co-sell and co-market effectively at scale, taking the heavy lifting out of identifying and engaging customers and prospects in need.
  • Dedicated support: with a dedicated team of partner sales, partner development, and partner marketing managers, Expel provides white-glove support for all stages of the partnership journey: from onboarding, training and enablement, through go-to-market strategy development and sales execution, reducing time to revenue and creating sustainable success.
  • Transparency: Expel's uniquely transparent approach is foundational. It builds trust and sets Expel apart with an unwavering emphasis on honesty, ethics, and open communication.

Expel helps customers address key market challenges, and this updated program allows the company to nurture stronger partner relationships with increased vigor to deliver on that value-leading to more long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

"We're thrilled to announce the new Expel Partner Program, focused on enabling our current and future partners with the materials and collaboration necessary o better serve our customers," said Dan Webb, VP Global Channel Sales & Alliances, Expel. "With the majority of security transactions happening in the channel, this refocused program is a key component in delivering Expel's industry leading technology to new markets-benefiting customers and increasing revenue for partners."

The Expel Partner Program offers three tiers, which enables the company to prioritize both strategic sales and marketing efforts, offer a discount structure that favors partners, and focus on enablement to make partners an extension of the Expel team.

The Expel Partner eXchange

This updated program includes a newly designed partner portal, the Expel Partner eXchange (EPX). EPX offers a secure, centralized communication platform to seamlessly enable collaboration and enhance the partner experience. From the portal, partners can access real-time data, metrics, and performance insights to track progress and make data-driven decisions. EPX also includes convenient deal registration within the portal, making sure partners receive proper credit for well-earned sales opportunities.

Partners also benefit from readily-available, co-branded marketing materials, training resources, and support from a dedicated team to improve the overall partner experience. This currently includes a general program overview and two certificate training opportunities, the Expel Partner Sales Certification and the Expel Partner Technical Sales Certification.
