Blazent Officially Releases New IT Data Accuracy Solutions

Officials said that the solutions help IT service-oriented organizations to get the data right the first time and also enable true Service Relationship Management.

The new cloud-based IT Data Accuracy solutions boast of new data architecture that helps increase processing speeds associated with importing, aggregating, reconciling, verifying and exporting IT data. They feature an enhanced automation to export verified configuration items and CI elements directly into existing service management platforms and databases including the configuration management database.

Also, featuring business rule process management, the solutions help schedule corrective actions to align with business needs and eliminate business interruption.

Increased capability to manage complex CI relationships for better change management, root cause analysis and service availability added CI types to ensure adequate coverage to support mature ITSM processes are some of the other highlights of Blazent's new cloud-based IT Data Accuracy solutions.
