CoreSite Announces Three Key Additions to CoreSite Management Team

National data center and peering provider CoreSite has included three key members to its executive management team.

CoreSite's new senior vice president of information technology, Chuck Price, is responsible for the overall technology strategy for CoreSite as well as overseeing the development, management, and security of all internal and external IT systems and applications.

He has over 18 years of executive IT leadership experience and his background includes a wide range of industries and disciplines such as financial services, technology strategy, global data center operations, enterprise software development and IT security, and finance and governance for emerging, high growth organizations.

Earlier Price was working as the head of technology for TD Ameritrade Trust Company, where he was responsible for the business unit's post-acquisition integration, technology strategy and operational excellence. C-level positions at Fiserv Investment Support Services, Requisite Technology, Syngistix and Net Library have also been held by Price.

The new senior vice president of sales, Chris Bair is responsible for the sales and revenue growth of all CoreSite products. With 15 years of sales and management experience Bair is able to prove to be of a great help to CoreSite.

Prior to joining CoreSite, Bair worked as a vice president of sales and marketing at Qualifacts Systems, responsible for the company's post restructuring sales and marketing strategy as well as revenue growth across the company's product lines and regional offices. At SunGard, Inflow and Time Warner (News - Alert) Telecom, Bair has also held roles of increasing responsibility in sales and operations.

Rob Sistek has been included as CoreSite's new senior vice president of capital markets and is responsible for structuring and executing the company's debt and equity capital markets transactions and oversees the company's treasury functions.

He brings more than a decade of direct capital markets experience to the CoreSite executive team. Earlier he used to work as a senior associate with The Carlyle Group, where he focused on U.S. real estate fund investments. He also held the position of vice president of capital markets at DCT Industrial Trust as well as roles of increasing responsibility at ProLogis and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

In corporate and real estate financing, Sistek has been directly involved in the structuring, negotiation and closing of more than $5 billion.
