ThinkFlood to Deal with Consumer and Reseller Demand for RedEye Remotes in New Zealand

ThinkFlood is the maker of RedEye remotes for iPhone (News - Alert), iPod touch, iPad and digital Hi-Fi distributor Krome Technologies. ThinkFlood has announced a strategic distribution partnership to deal with the consumer and reseller demand for RedEye remotes in New Zealand.

RedEye networked universal remote control accessories for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad have been used by New Zealanders since its launch in December 2009. Krome is New Zealand's exclusive distributor of RedEye remote, which is an advanced multi-room, multi-controller system. RedEye mini is the portable way to control virtually everything like an iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Krome Technologies Managing Director Jason Lake says that his company travels the world to look for recognized brands whose products are a combination of quality with attitude, style and inspired design. He further says that ThinkFlood's RedEye and RedEye mini is a perfect match to their range of Hi-Fi and home automation products from Buffalo, PS Audio and Sonos.

ThinkFlood Founder and Vice President of Operations Adam Shapiro, says that Krome Technologies' deep understanding of high-end AV makes them an ideal partner for ThinkFlood. He believes that with Krome's local representation the tech savvy New Zealand will be a fantastic market for RedEye remotes.

ThinkFlood was founded in 2007, and is a privately held company, with headquarters based in Waltham, Massachusetts. ThinkFlood designs and develops networked remote control hardware and software. RedEye is it first commercial application, which can turn the iPad, iPhone or iPod touch into a personal remote that can control virtually of any home entertainment device from any room in the home. RedEye mini offers the similar level of control but in a low-cost and portable form. All RedEye networked universal remotes offer features and functionality which were previously available only in remotes which were highly expensive.

Krome Technologies is a New Zealand based, digital Hi-Fi distributor. Krome is New Zealand's exclusive distributor for Buffalo, PS Audio, RedEye and Sonos .Krome has to travel around the world for its resellers, to search for Hi-Fi and home automation products that are a combination of quality with attitude, style and inspired design. The RipFactory and Playback Systems are Krome's digital media products and services.
