Autotask Unveils Exclusive Technology Platform for 1nService

Autotask Corporation, a provider of cloud-based IT services and management solutions, has reportedly launched an exclusive IT services platform for 1nService, the international community of advanced technology integrators.
 
The newly launched technology platform is said to help 1nService to enhance its member to member network focused on delivering high end IT services partnering engagements among its membership of more than 40 solution providers serving in 125 locations throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
 
Moreover, the platform is said to offer 1nService a consistent and centralized service, right from the initial sales inquiry, to negotiation, to contract acceptance, to services provisioned and projects billed, thereby allowing the members to deliver IT services and guarantee a high quality of delivery to business clients and end users.
 
“Autotask offers 1nService a dynamic way to partner and scale their growing network in the cloud,”said Bob Godgart, CEO at Autotask. “The Autotask 1nService platform gives members an intuitive way to capture new revenue, expand their service capabilities, improve service delivery, and deliver a high level of consultative IT advice in a more predictable fashion. Our proven IT business management system is based on ITIL best practices and ongoing feedback from Autotask’s 30,000-strong user community.”
 
The company also clarified that through Autotask’s private and public cloud, users can share service tickets universally between member partners connect one-on-one more efficiently with their own clients. Alternatively, Autotask will also offer each 1nService member organization access to its Autotask Academy for in-depth training and support, as well as a direct link into Autotask’s vast online CommunITy exchange.

Reportedly, 1nService will use the new exclusive Autotask platform to provide oversight on collaborative service engagements, manage service pricing structures, provide sales support and set policies to reinforce 1nService’s high quality control over the network’s service delivery.
