With the partnership, Kraft Kennedy will now be able to expand its service offerings to address the challenges of capturing redundant and relevant data in content-intensive business processes.

Equivio officials said that as part of this partnership, Kraft Kennedy will provide comprehensive consulting, training, implementation and integration services for the company’s near-duplicates grouping, email threads analysis and relevance assessment technology.

The company officials said that by identifying redundant data, Equivio's technologies have proven to dramatically reduce the cost and risk of document-centric business processes, such as litigation, investigations, litigation readiness and content management.

“We are excited to partner with Equivio, whose innovative technologies for managing data redundancy have become the de facto standard among leading providers of electronic discovery solutions,” Michael Kraft, general counsel at Kraft Kennedy, said.

Additionally, Kraft officials said that Equivio's technology for capturing near-duplicates and email threads, as well as its recently introduced relevance assessment product, offer the customers proven tools for enhancing litigation readiness, systemizing early case assessment, and streamlining litigation review.

“Our partnership with Kraft Kennedy reflects a win-win proposition,” Amir Milo, CEO of Equivio, said.

Milo added that the company will benefit from Kraft Kennedy's strategic consulting expertise and rich experience in implementing business and technology solutions in the legal arena.

Simultaneously, Equivio's technologies meet the demands of Kraft Kennedy customers for solutions that address the problems of exploding data volumes and the evermore difficult tasks of identifying redundant and relevant data.
