Ericsson officials confirm that company’s Spare Part Management Service provides fast local replenishment to sites, enabling operators to minimize investment and reduce operational costs while maintaining optimal service quality.
With Ericsson's SPMS TMIB's can reduce investment in spare parts, helping to improve cash flow, and reduce expenditure associated with spare parts inventories.
Jefri Ahmad Tambi, Chief Executive Officer of TMIB, says: "Ericsson's spare parts management service will help us serve our customers more efficiently through smoother network operations. This is in line with our vision to be a leader as a telecommunication service provider in Bangladesh."
Ericsson ensures that the correct spare parts are stocked in the right place to meet operators' O&M objectives. This minimizes unplanned downtime through either lack of replacement parts or over consumption of parts, ensuring users have uninterrupted access to their services.
