Drawloop and DocuSign Accelerate Document Execution in Salesforce.com


DocuSign, a provider of electronic signature and contract execution services, and Drawloop Technologies have announced that Salesforce.com (News - Alert) customers can now automate document creation and routing for electronic signature within their Salesforce.com account.

After completing the entire transaction on the Web from within Salesforce.com, companies that use Drawloop's LOOPlus document automation service with DocuSign can now reduce contract closure time from days.
 
LOOPlus allows the users of Salesforce.com to customize, control, and manage document creation at the enterprise level. They can use any combination of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files to quickly create one combined file by leveraging the data in Salesforce.com to automate document creation. They can also dynamically pass data into their documents and package into one file from any Object by automating document creation. It is then possible to enable e-signature through DocuSign with the automated dynamic document package (DDP).
 
The customers of Salesforce.com can now execute their automated document packages in seconds with the new capabilities with DocuSign. By allowing the customers of the company to easily route documents for e-signature, the company has extended its document creation service. The improved features include dynamic placement of initials and signatures, powerful routing, workflow options and data capture back to Salesforce.com at the time of signature.
 
Companies can now securely sign and complete business contracts and documents over the Internet with DocuSign's electronic signature and online contract execution services. While eliminating expenses associated with traditional mailing methods like postal mailing, overnight shipping and courier services, and faxing, companies can now expedite the contract completion process.
