Export-Import Bank Improves Operational Efficiency with Soffront CRM

Soffront Software, Inc., a provider of mid-market Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, has announced that the Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im Bank) of the United States is using Soffront CRM for Sales Force Automation (SFA).

Ex-Im Bank is the official export-credit agency of the United States. The bank purchased Soffront CRM in late 2007 and effectively developed the solution within 90 days. The product is now used by several divisions within the organization, including domestic business development, marketing and the strategic initiatives group.

The use of Soffront CRM allows Ex-Im Bank to track typical SFA functions, such as contact management, sales forecasting, lead generation and order management. Such information is tremendously valuable to the organization as it allows for the proper planning of all internal processes and outreaching campaigns.
