Following Partnership with Industry Leaders Luidia's OEM Revenues Doubled Last Year

With OEM revenues doubling, Luidia, a provider of content capturing and sharing technology, reported a very successful year.

In a press release, Luidia, which is known for its interactive eBeam technology, attributed this success to major partnerships deals signed with leading technology companies that adopted its eBeam interactive whiteboard technology.

“Luidia experienced exceptional growth in 2011, including expansions to its product line and advanced research/development teams. This has contributed to an overall 125 percent increase in OEM revenue. Working with partners makes Luidia stronger and able to penetrate more markets. As a result, we've maintained a substantial lead on the competition and offer a range of products that can crack the most complex collaboration problems in the industry today,”  CEO of Luidia Rafi Holtzman noted in a statement.

In 2011, Luidia signed a number of major partnerships with companies like Chief, Hitachi, HP, Polycom (News - Alert), Sony and NEC that reportedly integrated its eBeam technology into their latest products for diverse purposes.

As for instance, Sony bundled Luidia's eBeam technology with its new line of VPL Short Throw and Ultra Short Throw projectors to bring customers a new range of interactive capabilities.

Hitachi (News - Alert) integrated Luidia's eBeam technology to power two of its products -- its Ultimate Short Throw Interactive Projector and BZ-1 Ultimate Interactive Projector.

HP selected Luidia's eBeam technology as the interactive piece behind two of its most inventive products -- HP's Pocket Whiteboard and Digital Sketch Wireless Tablet.

NEC (News - Alert) integrated Luidia's eBeam technology into its newly launched NP01Wi line of interactive whiteboard kits. This integration enables NEC's Short Throw and Ultra Short Throw projectors to deliver advanced data interactivity to their customers.

Earlier this year, Luidia debuted its dynamic collection of new products and interactive education capabilities to the California audience at Computer-Using Educators, Inc.'s annual CUE 2011 Conference. Luidia's ecosystem of interactive education products provide affordable interactive solutions to teachers and schools in a time of mounting budget pressure.
