Mike Bennett from Kratos Training Solutions to Offer Insight at I/ITSEC 2011

The Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) is a well known modeling, simulation and training conference. It boosts co-ordination among the Armed Services, industry, academia and various government agencies intending at enhancing training and education programs, addressing usual training issues and creating multiservice programs.

Primarily developing sophisticated engineering, manufacturing and system integration solutions for National Security platforms and programs, Kratos is engaged in a number of sectors such as “Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance”  (C5ISR), satellite communication systems, unmanned systems, cyber warfare, cyber security, information assurance, critical infrastructure security and weapons systems sustainment.

Kratos Training Solutions has been remarkably deploying Social Technologies in learning to generate and develop online communities of practice for numerous training programs such as the U.S. Department of Education’s English Language Learner University, which had recently earned a national Standard of Excellence web award. The company develops lifecycle Training Solutions that feature the readiness, reliability and operational effectiveness of Warfighter and C5ISR professionals and enables enterprises to enhance their training methodologies and cut down training time and costs.

In August 2011, Integral Systems (News - Alert), Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc., completed the acquisition through a reverse merger. NASDAQ global select market ceased trading of Integral Systems common stock as a result of this merger. Each outstanding share of Integral Systems was cancelled and converted into the right to receive $5.00, and the issuance of 0.588 shares of Kratos common stock.
