nlyte's DCIM Suite Selected by BendBroadband Vault

nlyte Software, the data center infrastructure management (DCIM) solution provider, recently announced that its DCIM suite has been selected by BendBroadband (News - Alert) Vault, Central Oregon’s premier and only Tier III colocation data center, to streamline its migration projects, execute green initiatives and manage premier colocation offerings. DCIM suite’s advanced intelligent capacity planning capabilities was the prime reason behind its selection.

nlyte DCIM suite provides the companies with predictive intelligence and management controls needed to achieve smarter, more efficient and highly available data centers. The solution will allow BendBroadband Vault to easily and effortlessly onboard customer equipment within finite cabinet spaces in the collocation data hall.

“We are delighted to have gained Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold and Tier III operational certification, making us one of a handful of colocation data centers world-wide to have met the stringent requirements for each. With nlyte we are able to identify the best location for any given asset before we make the physical changes so we know exactly how to maximize efficiency and profitability. We are now on track to achieve a 1.2 PUE rating,” said Steven Hall, Data Center director at BendBroadband Vault, in a statement.

“BendBroadband has built one of the most sophisticated data centers in the region and nlyte is proud to have been chosen as their DCIM solution provider. Their forward-thinking led them to DCIM and they are now equipped with the management controls they need to reduce operational risks and achieve a smarter, more efficient and highly available data center,” said Todd Goldman, VP product management at nlyte Software.

Recently, nlyte announced the expansion of its partner program in the EMEA region. The company said that data centre storage, consultancy, services and applications performance management specialists Aplicaziones, EPI, Evanssion, Kedington, MCG Systems and Shoden Data Systems have joined its portfolio of EMEA channel partners to capitalize on the growing demand for DCIM software in the European market.
