Ezwim Announces the Availability of TEM Integration Toolkit

Ezwim (News - Alert), a provider of on-demand Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, today announced the availability of the TEM Integration Toolkit, designed to reduce the need for customer’s manual interaction with TEM software.

With this new toolkit, Ezwim delivers a set of ‘out of the box’ integration tools for secure sign-on, HR data synchronization and interfacing with 3rd party ordering systems, according to Ezwim officials. By integrating with other systems of the customer and its suppliers, Ezwim reduces administrative workload, removes the “human error” element and drastically improves the agility of the enterprise.

Ezwim’s Telecom Expense Management solutions already deliver integrated (software) platform for cost management-, invoice validation-, dispute management and ordering processes for enterprises around the world. Now the company has bundled these into a standardized toolkit.

“In the past, I spent a lot of time explaining technical details and agreeing on principles and finer details,” said Jaco van Rooijen, technical product manager of Ezwim, in a statement. “Now I find myself giving developers a demo of the TEM solution & showing them how that maps to the toolkit. They can then implement and test without needing much more guidance from Ezwim.”

The TEM integration toolkit includes products such as Ezwim SSO (proprietary), Federated SSO, Change Hierarchy Web Service, Automated file uploads via sFTP, E-Mail to workflow integration, and Ezwim workflow to External Ordering system.

The toolkit fully integrates with Ezwim Expense Management platform as well as Ezwim Service Management workflows. It delivers Web service interface security.

Earlier in August, Ezwim announced the launch of T-Mobile's (News - Alert) Global Expense Management solution. T-Mobile is the first U.S. carrier that Ezwim has partnered with to launch this innovative service.
