BroadHop Releases Pre-integrated and Tested Solutions with DPI Platforms

BroadHop has announced that the company’s Quantum (News - Alert) Network Suite has completed interoperability with all major deep packet inspection (DPI) solution providers. These provider include Allot, Arbor, Cisco (News - Alert), Procera and Sandvine.

Offering fixed and mobile network operators the ability to deliver exciting new services with greater quality of service (QoS) for an enhanced subscriber experience, BroadHop’s Quantum Network Suite, now fully interoperable with Sandvine’s (News - Alert) Network Policy Control system and Policy Traffic Switch (PTS), enables real-time network service control and dynamic scalability. For Diameter Gx/Gy and SOAP/Web Services, the pre-integrated solution offerings support 3GPP standards requirements.

Both standards-based and legacy platform management are enabled simultaneously with BroadHop Quantum Network Suite’s dual capability for both IMS and non-IMS application interfaces, and they are a critical capability for maximizing application delivery flexibility and service velocity.

With Quantum Network Suite’s flexible and open platform, operators can now have the widest range of vendor support for deploying best of breed policy management and DPI solutions in their next generation 4G/LTE mobile networks, the company stated in a press release.

Recently, the company announced that a Tier 1 mobile carrier in India has selected its Quantum Network Suite Subscriber Data Management, or SDM, and Policy platform. BroadHop's subscriber data management solution is a fully integrated end-to-end Policy, SDM and Real Time Charging solution, pre-integrated with policy services blueprints for its Quantum policy platform – designed for extreme performance and scalability running on the same virtualized application architecture and sharing the same scale and flexibility advantages.
