LogicMonitor, whose vice president of product will be speaking at AIOps Expo early next year, this week announced two new members have joined its executive team. Mark Banfield has come aboard as chief revenue officer. And the company has hired on Mark Kelly as senior vice president of customer experience.
Banfield was previously senior vice president of sales and the international general manager at Datto, which was formerly known as Autotask. (Both Datto and LogicMonitor are Vista Equity Partners companies.)
In announcing Banfield’s addition to the LogicMonitor team, the company noted his successes in developing international go-to-market strategies for high-growth organizations.
Kelly comes to LogicMonitor from Curvature, where he had been CTO and CIO. This individual has more than 20 years experience leading global engineering teams.
LogicMonitor, which is led by President and CEO Kevin McGibben, provides a SaaS (News - Alert)-based performance monitoring platform for enterprise IT teams. That platform offers IT specialists with granular visibility into their application, cloud, and infrastructure performance.
“The addition of Banfield and Kelly to our executive team provides the business with invaluable experience as we continue to scale internationally and provide remarkable customer experience,” said McGibben. “Banfield and Kelly are proven, strategic leaders and I expect they will make a large and positive impact here at LogicMonitor.”
Gadi Oren, LogicMonitor’s vice president of product, will give an address titled “The State of IT Service Delivery,” at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30 at AIOps Expo. That’s one of a handful of new artificial intelligence- and machine learning-focused events being staged by Technology Marketing Corp. next year in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
AIOps Expo will provide a deep dive into how AI and ML can help ensure application performance, network performance, and security. Gartner (News - Alert) expects a quarter of global enterprises to have implemented AIOps solutions by 2019.
