MediaPlatform Integrates With Jive

MediaPlatform, an enterprise video platform with on-demand streaming and live rich media webcasting capabilities, has recently announced the release of its new integration for enterprise social network Jive.

The new integration of MediaPlatform enables Jive customers to stream live rich media webcasts, upload on-demand video or add employee generated content to any location inside the social collaboration platform.

Apart from this, the MediaPlatform app for Jive is also introduced, as a free add-on for all MediaPlatform customers to help further extend enterprise YouTube (News - Alert) functionality across the organization. This app integrates the full functionality of the enterprise YouTube to allow organizations to leverage high quality video across the leading social business software for the modern, mobile enterprise to increase workforce productivity, improve employee engagement and overall use of the Jive platform.

"We are excited to be offering this to all existing MediaPlatform customers already socializing on Jive today," said Denis Khoo, Chief Technology Officer at MediaPlatform. "MediaPlatform fully integrates video communication within Jive, allowing individuals and groups to more effectively communicate throughout their organizations."

To offer more accessibility to users, the MediaPlatform enterprise YouTube is now integrated with SharePoint, Office 365 and Yammer (News - Alert) and can be deployed from the cloud or on-premises to power more efficient and effective corporate operations.

These new enhancements improve the way employees work with each other across geographies and time zones by transforming discussions, documents, blogs, polls, events with on-demand and live video.

MediaPlatform provides a robust enterprise video content management solution that can be deployed from the cloud or on-premises, and helps organizations leverage video to make their business more social and improve employee engagement.

Seamless integrations with Microsoft (News - Alert) SharePoint, Cisco TelePresence Content Server (TCS), Salesforce, Yammer and Eloqua allow companies to take advantage of the power of video to improve internal communications, knowledge sharing and marketing.

Organizations currently leveraging the MediaPlatform enterprise YouTube include Adobe, Ericsson (News - Alert), Facebook and General Motors.
