Caribbean telecommunications provider, Telem Group, has selected Centina Systems’ NetOmnia suite of solutions for real-time end-to-end visibility of the network and improved troubleshooting and problem resolution.
NetOmnia is the next generation in Service Assurance and Service Quality Management. With NetOmnia, service providers can use a single solution to manage any infrastructure: network, systems, applications, facilities and security.
Unlike other solutions, NetOmnia is not a toolkit requiring extensive ongoing maintenance and administration. It deploys rapidly and can be maintained and extended without programming or advanced training.
NetOmnia offers unprecedented scalability to manage any size network to dramatically improve network performance and customer experience.
Telem Group, which is the incumbent telecommunications provider on the Dutch Caribbean Island of Saint Marten, selected Centina’s NetOmnia Fault and Performance Management and Service Vision solutions to support the company’s entire infrastructure for cellular, DSL, VoIP and traditional phone services.
NetOmnia solution will provide support for Caribbean telecom provider’s cellular, DSL, VoIP and traditional phone services.
“Selecting Centina’s NetOmnia solutions for Fault Management, Performance Management and Service Vision will allow us to improve network reliability, end-to-end network visibility and monitor real-time analytics,” said Eldert Louisa, CTO, Telem Group, in a statement.
Louisa said that with its ease of use and deployment, choosing Centina’s NetOmnia solutions was an easy choice to improve the customer experience for the company’s entire set of services.
“We are honored that Telem Group has selected to deploy our NetOmnia suite of solutions,” said Anand Gonuguntla, co-founder and CEO, Centina Systems.
Gonuguntla said that as today’s highly competitive communications market demands an increased focus on the customer, NetOmnia will provide Telem Group with the tools to deliver outstanding customer experience and network performance and give them the ability to manage end-to-end services in real-time.
Last year, Centina Systems, a provider of service assurance and network performance management solutions, had announced that Missouri-based telecom company Fidelity Communications has selected the NetOmnia solutions suite to improve network performance and service availability.
NetOmnia Service Vision provides Fidelity increased visibility of end-to-end services across its multi-vendor network, with the capability to identify the root-cause of network issues and which customers are impacted.
