QLogic Corp., supplier of high performance network infrastructure solutions, has recently appointment Tony Carrozza as the new senior vice president of worldwide sales.
Prasad Rampalli, president and CEO, QLogic said they are extremely pleased to have Tony join QLogic as thier senior vice president of worldwide sales.

QLogic has been expanding vastly with the recent acquisitions that have fortified the company's leadership position in data networking and storage connectivity and resulted in an influx of channel partners supporting QLogic's newly acquired solutions. QLogic has even welcomed Brocade (News - Alert) channel partners and rewarding all QLogic resellers by simplifying the Signature Partner Program structure, easing partner qualifications and expanding rewards and benefits.
With appointment of Carrozza, QLogic hopes to manage the whole Fibre Channel market, combined with their recently acquired Ethernet portfolio.
Carrozza is backed with remarkable experience in sales and leadership roles. He has worked in the server and storage industries and is joining QLogic after serving as executive vice president of worldwide sales at Silicon Graphics International Corporation and senior vice president of worldwide sales at Quantum (News - Alert) Corporation.
