DG3 Compliance Solutions Unveils Disclosure 2.0

DG3 Compliance Solutions is a business division of Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3). It specializes in document management and shareholder communications. The company recently unveiled its new compliance document management platform, the Disclosure 2.0.

The Disclosure 2.0 platform is a part of the company’s current full service financial document management suite. It is a Microsoft (News - Alert) Word based tool for creating, editing and filing stylized shareholder communications. The Disclosure 2.0 workflow enables the secure preparation of stylized SEC (News - Alert) disclosure documents from Microsoft Word.

To develop this platform, the company had entered an exclusive licensing agreement with Digital Publishing Solutions, for incorporating its DPSIDox core document management technology.

The Disclosure 2.0 platform fully leverages the capabilities of Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Office and provides users with functionalities that include:
