Roamware Debuts New Corporate Identity 'Mobileum'

Mobileum is the new business entity, brand name and logo for the company formerly known as Romaware.  The company renamed itself to fortify its business interests following a foray into Telco Big Data Analytics market in 2013. The rebranding also saw the company adopt ‘Just Wisdom’ as a strategic promise to its customer base of 615 mobile operators located across 168 countries.

Mobileum announced that it will continue to innovate across its core business of providing mobile roaming solutions including roaming in the LTE space despite the new focus.

With the new brand name, Mobileum promises to offer customers not just data insights but also wisdom by processing their large amounts of data. Mobileum Analytics provides Traveler Analytics capabilities enabling mobile operators to monetize the traveler segment with required analytics and their behavior while they travel.

The Analytics for Customer Experience Management provides qualitative data analytics and predictive insights about a subscriber’s experience throughout the relationship lifecycle. A Data Monetization feature enables operators to generate a new stream of revenue by sharing relevant insights with third-party organizations for targeted marketing.
