Wheelings & Dealings: Volt Information Sciences Sells ProcureStaff's VMS software, Related Assets to IQNavigator

IQNavigator, a provider of non-employee workforce management solutions to Global 2000 companies, recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of the vendor management solution software and related assets of ProcureStaff Technologies, Ltd., a division of Volt Information Sciences and developer of ProcureStaff's vendor management system (VMS) applications. The details of the transactions are not disclosed.

IQNavigator will combine its IQN's technology with account management and customer services of ProcureStaff to deliver a VMS solution that delivers measurable end user benefits. As a result, the esteemed customers of IQNavigator will be able to intelligently manage and optimize the cost-effectiveness, compliance, visibility and efficiency of complex services procurement and contingent workforce programs.

For more than a decade, IQNavigator has provided technology solutions for managing companies' procured services including statement of work and project-based consultants, contractors, temporary workers and other contingent workers. The company recently launched RateIQ, a new online, on-demand tool from IQNavigator provides searchable benchmarking data for contingent labor bill rates by metro region in the United States matched directly to skills and experience.
