ASSIA is helping service providers revolutionize the connected customer experience by expanding its Expresse Solutions portfolio.
The expanded portfolio includes the new offering of Active Care for the contact center and the enhanced offering of Smart Vectoring. Both of these offerings work towards improving contact center operations and ensuring ultra-high-speed service delivery.
The new offering of Active Care for the contact center includes new capabilities that enable contact center agents to identify network problems in a quick and effective manner.
This solution provides the agents with specific recommendations and insight based on real-time information. Agents can use this information to quickly solve issues and this results in reduction of average call times.
"With Expresse Solutions Active Care and Smart Vectoring, ASSIA is expanding its product offerings to bring the benefits of extensive performance data, sophisticated analytics, and tailored professional services to a range of functions across the service provider organization, including next generation networks and contact center," said Olga Yashkova-Shapiro, program manager, Communications Test & Measurement Practice, Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert).
Smart Vectoring enables precise identification of plant maintenance required to support vectoring for network upgrades. This offering also enables identification of lines that don’t require technicians to visit for service installation or upgrade.
All customers are provided service assurance at vectored or lower speeds through Smart Vectoring that significantly simplifies the problem solving challenges for the contact center agent and field technician.
"Based on our extensive experience working with leading service providers around the globe, we are delivering innovative best practices for contact centers and network operations, which enable a superior broadband experience," said Dr. John Cioffi, CEO and chairman of ASSIA.
Earlier this month ASSIA released a white paper on Smart Vectoring, which is dedicated to help service providers accelerate vectored VDSL deployments.
This offering is also meant to reduce customer churn and increase profitability for service providers.
