Pioneer Services recently received an Excellence in Customer Service award by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), an honor to add to the list of its recent awards, and a trophy case full of prior awards.
The BBB Award
At the Southern Colorado Better Business Bureau ceremony in September 2013, Pioneer Services received yet another award. It was given the Excellence in Customer Service, or EICS award, for how it handles customer service, conflict resolution and improves customer service over time. The Colorado Springs office has won the BBB EICS award twice before.
BBB Honors for Other Pioneer Services Locations
In January 2013, the Pioneer Services location in Camp Lejeune, N.C., received an ethics award from the BBB. In September 2013, the Pioneer Services office in Fort Riley received a BBB award for integrity.
Other Recent Awards
Pioneer Services also recently received its fourth APEX Award of Excellence award in the past three years. In 2011, Pioneer Services won not only the APEX Award but the Grand Award as well, for its financial education offerings. The Interactive Media Council said that Pioneer Services’ website was rated best in class. The website has also been honored with the Sitecore Award in May of 2013. In 2012, Pioneer Services was given the Stevie Award for its corporate responsibility program. It previously won this award in 2006.
The BBB has given other Pioneer Services locations multiple awards. For example, the Evans Mills, N.Y., offices and Jacksonville, N.C., locations have also received BBB awards.
Pioneer Services has received numerous awards for its website, educational publications, honesty and integrity. Its high level of service starts at the top, with a CEO who volunteers in the community and gives his employees paid time off to do the same. In return, Pioneer Services continues to rack up awards to add to their stack in the trophy case.
