Webtrends Unveils New App for ExactTarget HubExchange

For companies, it is extremely important to know how their campaigns are performing. They would like to get all the data that drive the performance of their campaigns.

Offering never before insights to the customers of ExactTarget, Webtrends has unveiled Webtrends Campaign Streams. This application has been created specifically for the ExactTarget HubExchange Marketplace.

This free app helps the customers to see the responses to their campaigns real time. right after launching a campaign, a customer can see various aspects like geography, device type, landing pages, and conversions and abandonments. To bring back those who have abandoned the campaign, Webtrends provides Webtrends Email Remarketing services.

This new app extracts and analyzes visitor-level data across all digital properties. This helps managers to improve their email marketing programs as they now have the ability to use digital intelligence for this purpose. This app is created and delivered within ExactTarget's Interactive Marketing Hub. At HubExchange, marketers can install ExactTarget and third-party developed digital marketing apps.

With Webtrends Streams, users get combined visibility of in-session and historical data. This helps in understanding customer behavior better and also take informed decisions when it comes to their campaigning. It helps companies to send customized to offers to customers who do not seem interested in the campaign.

Recently, ACHICA, an online lifestyle store, selected the company’s Optimize solution to improve online conversions and to offer PayPal (News - Alert) as an additional option. Webtrends Optimize allows users to test and target to specific user groups.
