Actus Makes Its Presence in North American Market

Actus Digital has recently hiredAsaf Salant to the lead business development process in North American, making it first foot print of the company in this region.

Actus Digital is a specialist in developing Web-based media monitoring, compliance recording, content repurposing and verification solutions for broadcasters. Its solution supports the latest industry requirements including Teletext, Multiple Audio tracks and subtitles, EPG, Transport Stream, and more.

Actus’ enterprise media management platform was developed to leverage IT-based hardware. It is built on a highly scalable architecture that provides an agile environment for managing a wide range of media monitoring, analysis and management capabilities.

In addition to monitoring and media management solutions, Actus also provides a turnkey system that can be configured to cater to the needs of the operation in terms of video quality, frame size, clip creation and more, maximizing the server performance and reliability at all times.

Asaf Salant, vice president of sales, Actus Digital said that Actus is ideal for the North American market and is incredibly easy to deploy and highly reliable, with a proven track record of performance in some of the largest broadcast sites around the world.

 Salant further added, “My goal is to establish relationships with North American system integrators, consultants and resellers, expanding the deployment of Actus technology through strong business partnerships. I look forward to meeting many of them at the upcoming NAB 2013 event.” In addition to his appointment to oversee North American territory, Salant is responsible for the continued building of the company’s extensive channel in Asia/Pacific.
