Yurbi for ServiceNow, an Easy-to-Use BI Tool

There’s a whole lot of big data out there waiting to be channelized; but organizations, with a plethora of information, applications and systems just waiting to be connected in the work environment, just don’t know how to extract value. This, in spite of investing huge amounts in business intelligence (BI) software, that claim to deliver but never do the job properly.

Don’t lose heart yet, at least not when 5000fish’s Yurbi for ServiceNow premium app has surfaced on its out-of-the-box, secure enterprise BI Yurbi platform. Included with the premium app are 45 premium content reports and dashboards designed specifically for ServiceNow.

Normally, connecting data and creating custom reports are regarded as time consuming tasks, but with the Yurbi premium apps, organizations can collect and analyze data quickly, saving precious time and money.

“Our Yurbi for ServiceNow Premium App allows organizations to link their on-premise and cloud-based data so users can easily spot trends, perform data discoveries and create reports based on all their business applications regardless of where their data reside, in the cloud or on-premise,” observed David Ferguson, president and CEO at 5000fish.

Nothing new? Hang on, Yurbi is unique in that it requires no scripting, SQL query building, data warehousing, or programming--- all the pain points normally associated with BI platforms.

Yurbi has been designed on the basis of customer feedback and with the business user in mind. The new app allows organizations to access, integrate, and deliver data from multiple systems securely to the users who need it when they actually require it. In addition to connecting ServiceNow data with other business applications, it also connects with critical service management tools.

The end result is improved access to information, which helps customers propel business forward in a cost effective way.

More than business intelligence, Yurbi is a single platform that enables easy data collection, easy assembly of data, and directed delivery of business insights; which when coupled with its traditional business intelligence capabilities, becomes a powerful comprehensive BI tool.
