KBZ Expands Capabilities with Advanced Cisco Certification

An authorized distributor and long- time Cisco (News - Alert) partner, KBZ has achieved yet another advanced certification that will take its relationship to the next level. As proof of its unmatched expertise in video and Web conferencing, collaboration solutions, and other Cisco technologies, KBZ (News - Alert) recently achieved Cisco's Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization (ACAS) status. As a Cisco ACAS Partner, KBZ is now qualified to build solutions based on the industry-leading Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications (News - Alert) portfolios. The accomplishment significantly expands KBZ's sales, technical and service capabilities for integrated collaboration solutions.

According to news statement, KBZ made substantial investments in revamping its training programs to enhance its capabilities with regard to the entire Cisco Collaboration Architecture solution, including comprehensive Cisco Unified Communications solutions. The certification formally recognizes the company’s ability in selling, designing, deploying and providing support for the above mentioned Cisco solutions.

It will be worthwhile to mention here that Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications portfolio includes products such as Cisco Business Edition, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Unified CallManager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity voice messaging and unified messaging, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Videoconferencing and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express.
