F1 Infotech, a technology integrator and training provider for the hospitality industry based in New Delhi, announced that it has joined the Infor Partner Network (IPN), a group of channel partners selected by Infor that re-sell and service its business application software.
“Infor has given us the tools, resources and financial incentives to win new business,” George Linu, Business Unit Manager ME & India of F1 Infotech, said in a press release. “Infor products boast out-of-the-box industry specific functionality which will help us grow a profitable and sustainable business quickly. From demand generation to sales, delivery and support, we have fantastic support from Infor to put us in a strong position to win.”
The IPN focuses on helping Infor channel partners run successful businesses based around supplying Infor products and services, enabling partners to deliver the highest quality of support for its customers.
“The IPN provides channel partners access to resources at every stage of the sales cycle,” said Jeff Abbott, vice president of global alliances and channels for Infor, in the press release. “It is designed to help partners progress through the respective tiers within the program based upon their Infor product specialization, level of certification and sales performance,”
Infor, the third-largest provider of enterprise applications and services with 70,000 customers in 194 countries, was in the news in December when it announced the acquisition of Orbis Global, an MRM software provider based in San Francisco. The acquisition helped strengthen the Infor Epiphany suite to allow global marketers a closed-loop CRM solution for more effective management.
