Bell Techlogix Announces Three-Year Agreement with Cambium Networks

Bell Techlogix, an information technology managed services and solutions company, has signed a three-year IT service desk outsourcing agreement with Cambium Networks.

"Our goal is to have our IT service delivery model match the quality and speed of the technology we offer our customers.  As a leading player in service desk and application support, Bell has the capability to not only execute, but to advise us as we grow and scale our support operations,” Tim Allen, chief financial officer at Cambium Networks, said in a statement.

Cambium Networks, formerly part of Motorola (News - Alert) Solutions, provides wireless broadband and microwave solutions for carriers, service providers, enterprise customers, military, government and municipal networks around the world.

“This is a partnership that will play an important part in helping our IT organization create meaningful value for our business – both today and in the future," said Allen.

"Our dynamic Service Desk 3.0 offering is a perfect fit for Cambium, with our advanced ITIL-based processes and innovative BEAM service delivery platform, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.  Additionally, our expertise in supporting both custom and off-the-shelf applications is critical for technology companies that rely heavily on advanced applications to support their own customers," said Anthony D'Ambrosi, president of Bell Techlogix.

As Cambium continues to grow in broadband connectivity and expand globally, the company’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional quality of service and economies of scale will prove to be a cornerstone in supporting that growth.

Earlier in November, Bell Techlogix announced that AirWatch (News - Alert), the global player in mobile security, has entered into a strategic partnership to facilitate Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions.

Bell Techlogix delivers dependable, cost-efficient mobile device management and BYOD managed services to a number of commercial enterprises and educational institutions.

Through the partnership with AirWatch, Bell provides professional services and planning to aid in the successful implementation of mobile device management (MDM) and BYOD.

Bell has a trained and committed staff managing the AirWatch solution.
