Officials at Corporate United said they selected Source One for its vast experience with strategic sourcing and telecommunications. Source One is known for helping organizations to reduce the costs for the common and not-so-common products and services they use daily to run their businesses.
"Corporate United's continued growth is a true testament to our model and members' strength," said Marc Rosen, Corporate United president and chief operating officer. "As one of the only GPOs to serve multiple functions, we have the unique capacity to help organizations achieve more across the board."
As per the new three-year agreement between both companies, Source One is assigned to offer three unique solutions in which the first offering includes strategic sourcing support for telecommunications contracts. Along with this, the source one team will analyze the member's entire infrastructure and work with the member's internal staff to enhance the bandwidth, improve service levels, optimize services, features and equipment, consolidate suppliers and provide implementation support and continuous improvement.
The second telecommunications solution is provided to enable quick cost reduction for local and long-distance services provided at a discounted rate based on originating region and cumulative member rebates.
The third offering enables Corporate United members with pricing for Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) software, which provides ongoing, automated telecommunications management and audit solutions.
"Source One has partnered with Corporate United for the past five years and we are extremely excited to now add telecommunications solutions to their category offering. Our team of experts offer unmatched market intelligence to help members maximize the value of their telecommunications program," said Steve Belli, CEO at Source One.
