Global Relief Technologies Secures Contract from Texas Department of Information Resources

Global Relief Technologies, a source of Total Enterprise Mobile Field-Data Collection & Analysis Workflow Technology Solutions (News - Alert), has secured a contract from the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).

According to this contract, GRT’s Rapid Data Management System (RDMS) will now be authorized for purchase by the State of Texas.

The technology includes three components: The first one is the RDMS Collect field data collection software for handheld devices. The second is the RDMS Collaborate, which offers a Collaboration Center that enables operations managers to access, manage and share the information collected by field personnel from any computer connected to the Internet.

The third component is RDMS Communicate, which makes Internet connectivity available in even the most remote and difficult-to-reach environments.

Rapid Data Management System (RDMS) consists of the highly intuitive and easy-to-use RDMS Collect software application. According to the company, this application runs on any handheld mobile device.
