The company is announcing this week that it ranked number six on the Crain's New York Business Journal's annual "Best Place to Work in New York City" list for 2012. It’s the third time the company has made the list, and each time it has shown up in the Top 10.
NetApp Inc. (formerly Network Appliance (News - Alert), Inc.) is a Sunnyvale, California-based multinational computer storage and data management company. It’s a member of the NASDAQ-100, and was ranked on the Fortune 500 list for the first time in this year. The company has more than 12,000 employees in 150+ offices around the world. The company says the ranking is owed to its unique culture and strong commitment to employees, customers and partners around the world. This impactful response is a perfect example of NetApp's culture at work and clearly illustrates how inspired employees can do the extraordinary,” he added.
NetApp first opened its New York City office in 1997.
