2nd Watch Touted as New AWS Premier Consulting Partner

2nd Watch, Inc., a system integrator, software and deployment firm focused on IT operations, recently revealed that it is now a AWS Premier Consulting Partner. The company was recognized by Amazon Web Services (News - Alert) for its commitment to expert cloud solutions and customer satisfaction.

As a AWS Premier Consulting Partner, 2nd Watch will help customers migrate to AWS as well as build a healthy, revenue-generating consulting business around AWS. Moreover, the company will also be able to enjoy valuable benefits including deeper technical engagement with AWS solution architects and unique access to AWS beta programs and the AWS Partner Advisory Council.

In related company news, Riverbed (News - Alert) Technology recently began to collaborate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in order to deliver cloud performance and data protection solutions to enterprise customers. According to the terms of the agreement, Riverbed’s (WAN) optimization solution combined with the elasticity and subscription pricing model of AWS will allow companies to install and scale within Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments.
