LabTech Software, a provider of remote monitoring management (RMM) and automation solutions for managed services, has partnered with SurfRight, a developer of security technologies, to provide more efficient and effective service to their customers and partners.
Under the partnership, LabTech Software has added another Anti-Malware Solution – SurfRight’s HitmanPro – to its suite of tools for IT service providers, which will further help its partners. On the other hand, SurfRight's customers will be able to leverage the LabTech platform to help deploy, set up, manage and monitor endpoint security across domains, customers and offices from a single console and location, if desired.
HitmanPro is a second opinion scanner, developed to save computers that have become infected with viruses, spyware, Trojans, rootkits and other threats, despite real-time protection from up-to-date antivirus software.
Mark Loman, CEO at SurfRight, said in a statement, “Because organizations simply cannot succumb to viruses or malware, a certain level of data protection is more than critical – it's imperative, HitmanPro will ensure that whatever security measures are in place actually work. This is a great addition to any product portfolio and a huge add-on to services that LabTech partners may be offering in the marketplace. By teaming with LabTech, we are simplifying the process to fully protect clients' data like never before.”
"With the addition of HitmanPro, we once again are able to offer the best-suited solutions to meet the needs of our partners,” added Matt Nachtrab, LabTech Software CEO. “The HitmanPro solution offers a level of protection without service disruption to ensure the ultimate endpoint protection. We look forward to the continued growth of our technology relationship to provide for even more added value for our partners."
