MBC Becomes a Preferred Partner in Dell's PartnerDirect Program

MBC, Toronto’s managed IT services provider, has become a preferred partner in Dell’s (News - Alert) PartnerDirect program, having earned required certifications.

Dell PartnerDirect provides its partners with strong market differentiation and growth opportunities through various programs.

Through PartnerDirect, Dell offers Partners like MBC Managed IT Services greater value and choice, while rewarding investment in key Dell solutions that will help drive business growth.

Resources provided to Preferred Partners include-Rewards for education and training; Expanded deal registration terms; Financial incentives and marketing and technical assistance among other things.

Officials with MBC said that as a Dell Preferred Partner, the company gains expertise in hardware, software and services that help eliminate IT complexity for customers and help create greater efficiencies.

Company officials pointed out that in addition to the requirements for Dell Registered Partners, Preferred Partners must earn one or more certifications in server, storage, systems management, networking & security and cloud services & solutions.

“Dell’s recognition of MBC as a Preferred Partner showcases our organizations commitment to professional development and our goals of providing solutions that meet our clients business needs,” said Michael Benadiba, president & CTO of MBC Computer Solutions, in a statement.

"As one of only a handful of IT Companies in Toronto that are Preferred Partners we are able to demonstrate our level of expertise in deploying Dell servers, storage, and security solutions. We also have access to greater Partner discounts that we can pass on to our clients,” said Benadiba.

Earlier in October, MBC Managed IT Services announced that it achieved Select Certification from Cisco (News - Alert).

The Select Certification recognizes Cisco resale channel partners that focus on meeting the technology and services needs of small businesses.

To earn Select Certification, MBC fulfilled the training and exam requirements for the Cisco Small Business Specialization. MBC also met the personnel, training and post sales support requirements set forth by Cisco.
